Prices
Prices are in Danish kroner (DKK).

Payment options
Payment can be made with Mastercard and Visa/Dankort. Payment is via gateway at Quickpay and payment information is sent via Quickpay. Visit Fuglafjørður cannot see payment card information etc.

Order
Order and a receipt will be sent by e-mail as soon as payment is completed.

Refund and Cancellations
Cancellation of a reservation must be sent by mail to visit@fuglafjordur.fo. Cancellations 24 hours before arrival will be refunded.

Responsibility
If an event or trip is canceled, the amount paid will be returned to the customer’s account. Visit Fuglafjørður does not take responsibility for other losses, either direct or indirect, which are linked to the order. If parts of an event or tour are canceled but not the event or tour itself, no refund will be given
